Acceptance
To use SpikeHub, developed by Raphael Ruedo, you must be at least 13 years old. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. You may not copy or modify the app or our trademarks, extract its source code, translate it, or create derivative versions. All intellectual property rights related to the app remain the property of Raphael Ruedo.
The service
We may update the app or change or discontinue features at any time. Paid features, if introduced, will always be clearly identified before any charge. Some features require an internet connection; SpikeHub is not responsible for carrier data charges, including roaming.
Your account and conduct
Within the app you must follow these profile and content rules:
- Advertising — no using your profile to advertise services, products, or political opinions, except personal gaming-related social media you manage non-commercially.
- Recruitment — no recruiting users to external groups, servers, or communities.
- Explicit content — no nudity, explicit content, or graphic violence.
- Offensive content — no content that is offensive, racist, or sexist.
- Impersonation — no impersonating others or providing false identity information.
- Dating — SpikeHub is for finding gamer friends, not romantic encounters.
- Personal information — do not publicly disclose personal data such as full name, email, or ID numbers.
- Multiple accounts — do not create multiple accounts or share your account.
Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or account termination.
Third-party services
The app relies on services with their own terms: Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase (Crashlytics, Authentication, Firestore, Storage), and Riot Games (Riot Sign-On). SpikeHub is a fan project and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games. Valorant and related assets are property of Riot Games, Inc., used under Riot’s “Legal Jibber Jabber” fan content policy.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpikeHub is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, including losses caused by lack of connectivity or by relying on in-app information.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: spikehub.vlr@gmail.com.
